Victorian Era AU for youngestsakamaki – Plot #2 (x)

Making her way through the halls of the Sakamaki family manor, her heels clicking quietly beneath her long yet simple dress, Yui is in search of her ‘beloved’ husband – though she cant seem to find him. In order to confirm some plans with him, she has been looking for him for what seems like at least an hour, though in all actuality it has probably been less than 10 minutes. Not being used to wearing such a nice dress as well as heels, her feet have started to ache and more likely blister from having to wear them though she never had to wear something like it before her marriage.

Being the daughter of a local priest, Yui had a very cushioned lifestyle, though nothing as extravagant as could be compared to the lifestyle of the aristocratic Sakamaki’s with which she is now married into. Before she was not required to wear such fine dresses or heels and she was allowed more often to help others out around the church. Though, now, she is expected to play the part as a proper wife of the Sakamaki’s son. That includes attending parties that require her appearance along with her husbands and any other ordeal that may come up.

Sighing once in frustration, Yui decides to take a break and stop her search for the moment. Leaning up against a nearby wall in order to bring some relief to her aching feet, and being caught up in her own thoughts about where her husband could have gone off to, Yui doesn’t realize much going on around her as she tries to relax and rest for even just a moment.
